Our parcel delivery experience was very rocky, but the customer service was beyond all expectations! When the parcel kept getting sent back (multiple times), the Polimex team, and especially our agent Natalia, did not give up. They kept on persistently advocating for the parcel to be redirected to the right route and paid for the shipping every time, which we really appreciated! Special shoutout to Natalia Labuz for not giving up and for fighting our case for many, many weeks! She is amazing and does her job incredibly well. Finally, the parcel was delivered, and we were even compensated by Polimex with a complementary parcel delivery to the same country! Thank you to Polimex and to Natalia for keeping our interest at heart and for treating your customers so well!
