This place is cozy, nostalgic and full of heart. The staff here added to the charm - they were genuinely welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu. They made thoughtful recommendations around my food allergies and explained how ingredients were sourced. I could tell that they really knew (and loved) the food that they were serving. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that we ordered, and the oysters were the best I’ve had years. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We are very experienced travellers and food adventurers and frankly speaking this place is one of a kind, very unique and Michelins star worth boutique/restaurant!! We tried everything on its menu and there are no words to describe the festival of tastes we experienced!!! Highly recommend for visiting while in QC city!

This is a true neighbourhood gem. Upon arrival in Quebec, where we stayed for the first time, we were eager to move away from the very touristic old town. Google recommended the Saint Jean Baptiste area. By coincidence we found this restaurant which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It's truly how we like an evening out. Great food, excellent wines and staff who love there job. The owner was keen to recommend us the wines. If just all restaurants could be like this!

So much for Michelin gourmand… Only the shrimp dish out of the three we tried was decent. The beef tartar had potential except for the chewy bits. The swordfish dish recommended by the staff was simply a disaster. The fish is not grilled nor seared with a real off putting texture. Finally the service also felt forced and disingenuous.
