Terrible service. During the contract to rent a property they didn't keep us updated or let us know of any applicants. Literally right before the contract was going to expire, they said good applicants showed up and that they needed to move in right away. So everything rushed. We have worked with other companies and they always vet all the people that would live in the house but we, trusting this company thinking they knew what they were doing, decided to follow their recommendations. The people had issues that we addressed but kept complaining about it but never provided proof of it so after 2 and a half month they left using this as excuse. Their people left without paying the full deposit, half month and several unpaid utility bills. They destroyed the house and stole items so we are now having to make several repairs. They had more people than allowed living there and they left without notifying leaving doors and windows open. The agent didn't notify us when he went to the house to coordinate checking how it was left after supposedly it was cleaned, he just sent a text saying everything was fine and that he left the keys. He didn't even do an inventory of the items how it was supposed to be to checked with the original list. This company was paid in full and now refuses to take responsibility or keep checking with the tenants. The tenants never answered directly to me, only to this company. Stay away.
