Politelli Family Dental

I called their office yesterday afternoon to see if they were taking new patients, but they told me they were only accepting emergencies. When I explained I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal my regular dentist couldn’t do for months, they confirmed it was an emergency. They checked my insurance right away, booked me for a weekend appointment, and even called this morning with a cancellation to see if I could come in early which I was able to. Dr. Politelli reviewed my X-rays they took in the office ,he listened to me while I explained all of the pain I was in and how my regular dentist office didnt have the time or appts available, He asked if I wanted to start treatment today, I agreed, He made sure I was completely numb and comfortable before starting the procedure and he ended up doing the entire root canal right then — it took about 30 minutes. I’m so appreciative because now I can actually enjoy the holidays and eat without worrying and being in pain. The office is clean, and the staff is incredibly kind. I wish I had found this practice sooner, and I hope to become a regular patient in the near future.

Today was my first visit! My appointment was prompt. The front desk was friendly and helpful. My hygienist was thorough and fun to chat with. Dr. Politelli was very nice and willing to listen and address all of my concerns. He didn't rush me at all. I'm happy this office was recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. The hygienists are so kind and gentle, and everyone there makes you feel completely comfortable. It’s a family-owned practice, and you can really tell they care about their patients. They’re honest, friendly, and confident in what they do. I always leave knowing I’m in great hands. Highly recommend!
