PLEASE READ. Unfortunately, I must say that I agree with the previous negative comments. What should have been a straightforward employer change ended up turning into a process that caused me not only irreparable financial damage but also emotional harm. The lack of attention and responses from the firm also led to clear violations of the regulations. On one hand, they proceeded without an LMIA, even though my NOC required it – information that can easily be found on Google. On the other hand, due to the lawyer’s repeated vacations (2024), the process was redone several times, ultimately resulting in a refusal (May 2025). To make matters worse, I was informed of this rejection late, (June 2025), which again violated the rules and forced me to stop working without being able to apply for unemployment insurance. This pushed me into debt and forced me to use up my savings. When I tried to fix the situation, the lawyer was once again on vacation. Beyond the financial and emotional damage, this situation now represents a serious risk to my permanent residence application. Even though they later wrote a letter admitting their mistake, the violation had already been committed — and it was me who carried the consequences of it, due to their lack of communication. If I had not personally reached out after almost a year to ask about the status of my case, the outcome could have been even worse. The same thing that happened to Mr. Muhammad has now happened to me.

PLEASE READ: Due to Aaron Rodriguez's incompetence, my very easy immigration application was rejected. His lack of care to read the file properly and familiarize himself with the details of my situation caused irreparable mistakes that could have been avoided. His carelessness and incompetence have caused me financial, personal and emotional damages that I will spend years trying to repair. I urge anyone who is reading this to please choose someone else for your immigration needs.
