Pam's team is carrying on a legacy started by her Grandfather decades ago. In my travels they have demonstrated a hands on approach to meeting the needs presented by the challenges facing transportation daily. Avoid if your a commercial operator..again the owner will blame others..etc YOU wanna get robbed...by this company...it's your choice. The owner Pam will put on a fake face and act like nothing is going on...when in doubt she will will try cover her tracks...Had pickup scheduled..went to pick up load...Dispatcher told me there is nothing he could do...asked me gonhome because there was no work...I went home went sleep woke up around 11am..mind you I showed up to pickup location at 1am...in turn as I mentioned Pam called me and said " Oh you font wanna work, well I have spots that needed to be filled and if you can't do the work I need to find someone that will...lol So not to mention it was their fault that another carrier got the load...she tried to pin it on the driver lol...She's the worst...a LIAR PAM

I see there's a lot of good reviews here. Maybe this is a really nice company to work with but I'm just sharing my experience: I booked a straight run load with Michael, got the full info at 10:45 am and when the driver arrived at the shipper, they told him that the actual pickup appointment was at 8 am and more likely we won't get loaded that day. After exchanging a few emails Michael cancelled the load. It happens, we all know that. I requested a TONU but after the request Michael stopped responding. If Michael doesn't care about his company integrity, people who want to work with him should know that next time it can be them waiting for TONU. I don't know how to respond to owner's response but all my conversation with Michael is in the email chain. Driver did check in at the pickup, talked to multiple people over there. There were 2 docks at the shipper, there were 2 trucks waiting to get loaded since very morning and 3 trucks were waiting outside. Driver didn't leave the site until Michael said that this a no go load. Again, your company might be a nice company but with your response you are doing even worse. Please don't use misinformation on the publicly open site. Stuff happens in this business, I understand. But be responsible for it. Not even "I'm sorry" from Michael even tho it's clearly a logistical mistake on his side. He wanted to make money but please pay to others for what's fair
