We were attended by Lanz last weekend when we purchased this pram for my cat from Parkgreen branch. Lanz was very helpful in showing us how the pram works, detaching the basket carrier, the brake, and folding the pram. He also help us "dust" the pram before we brought it home. Really good effort and service on his part and Minto now gets to go out in comfort ! Also, as a regular customer to catsmart, we are also happy with the rest of the staff too ! Good job Lanz !

Bought our dear cat food, litter and toys from Petmaster Mega Store. The staff on duty on that day was very helpful in helping with our request and purchase. They assisted with loading up on the trolley and lending us for us to load onto our vehicle. All in all, the team is very friendly and really responsive. Kudos to petmaster megastore team

It is quite big and has a variety of items and brands of cat food that you cannot find elsewhere. Many of these brands are good and healthy for cats. But some stuff are seriously overpriced. The cat trees are also limited because they are all more for perpetual airconditioned rooms. Cats are often spotted inside as owners will bring them along for their shopping.
