The lady named Obdulia(Lula) is very rude. One time I received a called from the firm and it was her. It was about a payment, and she was like “I ain’t going to keep calling you for a $20 dollar payment either pay full or we’ll drop the case” so unprofessional… they should not make her make calls At ALL!! She’s always been rude or comes out as rude maybe that’s how she is? Who knows but she should learn how to treat people/clients because it shows a bad reputation for this firm. Overall the other ladies at the front desk are very nice and lovely it’s just LULA that’s mean…:/
