This is the best gym in the Ponchatoula/Hammond area. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

I’ve worked out at Ponchatoula Fitness here and there while I was in college. Awesome gym for the casual lifter as far as having everything you could want. For the hardcores/body builders, this gym blows any commercial gym out of the water. I always loved the rugged/old school gym vibe, and this gym gives you exactly that from the look of the interior to the metal plates and the free weight equiptment. Owner is also very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the environment here. The staff are extremely friendly and the people who workout here make you feel like you are part of a community. There are no BS contracts or enrollment fees or hidden fees that they charge you. You pay a single rate and get 24/7 access to workout. This is THE bodybuilding gym of the ponchatoula/hammond area.
