Dr B. FurnivalCrashed into my car in Dec and it’s the last week of Feb and have yet to follow through with fixing it. Delayed insurance claim because wanting to pay privately, once they got the estimate stopped responding to communication. Insurance is still trying to get ahold of them.
PWMy insurance dispatched this company for a flat tire. The first guy comes out, and doesn't know how to get the covers on the lugs off. I couldn't believe it. I waited an hour and a half for unqualified person. As if it couldn't get any worse. The second guy comes out and is able to get the tire changed. However, as we're finishing the transaction he says, and I couldn't believe this was coming out of his mouth, " we work for tips." Really? You're going to ask me for a tip for changing my tire. Not just have one of those silly screens where people can select a tip if they choose to, you're going to actually look in my eye and ask me for a tip. Sad. I just ignored the guy. I wanted to get in his face and tell him how ridiculous that was, but I didn't. I cannot believe that this company allows their drivers to do that. If someone wants to tip, that's great. But don't expect a tip, or especially, don't ask for a tip after changing a flat tire. If I ever need anyone dispatched, I will be sure to tell my insurance company not to use these guys.
