I would like to personally thank Daniel Freeman and his entire team at Freeman Real Estate for the effort they put in listing my brother’s condominium in Toronto. A truly professional job. When my wife and I first met Daniel we knew right away he was to be our first choice. He was prepared- meaning he had information about the building itself, previous listings , and what the condos sold for .. He was familiar with the area. He was so prepared that my wife and I were entirely at ease. Daniel is a people person and has a passion to serve others like me who are trying to navigate the sale of a condo unit in Toronto during these crazy and uncertain times. Other agents we interviewed cautioned us that the sale could take months. Possibly even into the next year. Not so with Daniel. It did not seem a concern. It was a really good offer. A sincere offer. There was a bit of juggling - not much and the sale was completed within a week. INCREDIBLE! All the worry gone.
