1. No Original Spare parts Available and need to order before. 2. If you pay by Card, The minimum Payment is 50AED. It's not fair 😞 for normal people. 3. I say make invoice with company name or with vehicle Number, But they make Cash invoice. Totally I'm not Satisfied.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to poor service and unprofessional staff. The employee sitting in the first seat, the one with the big beard, was blatantly ignoring customers and only responding selectively to certain individuals. It felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Additionally, instead of assisting me, employees kept passing me from one person to another without providing proper service. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when many businesses strive to provide excellent customer service. Management seriously needs to address these issues, train their staff properly, and ensure that all customers receive fair and professional treatment.

Very very bad service ,better don’t deal with them They are changing their words and not accurate on items no professional at all specially that guy arif staff , advice not to deal with any one in this shop
