I am really delighted with the quality of work that is provided to me by the portfolio studio. Initially when I gave them a couple of portraits to be framed, there was a minor issue in the overall framing in one of them and I wasn't satisfied with the overall quality. However, some people and businesses treat their customers with utmost respect and they ensured that I was satisfied with their work. They came to my house, picked up my portrait and delivered it back within 2 days after repairing it without charging a single penny extra. Customer satisfaction and delight was of prime importance for them and honestly I have seen very few such businesses following this practice in the city like Delhi. This is one of the best photo studios in West Delhi. A bit expensive but they are very good at what they do. Staff is very helpful and efficient. A separate change room is available. They provide a wide range of services including modelling photography, wedding photography, and portfolios. Office is very neat and clean. Overall a very good studio ifyou want good results.
