SUPREMELY outstanding service from these guys. They went way above and beyond for me by not only ordering the part for me, but also installing it and getting my laptop to me same day. I'm impressed. I've used them before and will continue to use them for all of my computer needs. Joseph was my technician - I can't say enough good things about this operation - He repaired the screen, straightened the chassis in my trusty Samsung laptop, and even went the extra mile and updated and optimized my computer - and even cleaned it!! I've had nothing but good experiences doing business with Joseph. I needed a Mac computer to get through the web development program I was enrolled in a couple of months ago and he sold me a refurbished MacBook at a price I was able to afford. During the time of purchase he made me aware of an issue with the monitor and said that if it got worse and became a problem to bring it back and he'd fix it for free. Well, I dropped it off yesterday to get it fixed and picked it up today and it's working great! Free of charge as promised! This is the place I'll be going from now on when I have hardware issues with my computer.

Truly excellent work AND customer service! Just got my desktop back from PCW and it is working like new, efficiently, agile - also clean inside and out!
