Janelle Robinsonfrustrated to leave this review as everyone here was decently nice, but i had a horrible time. the dr. was nice and thorough/educated, but i felt he kept forgetting things we had already spoke about. the main issue was for my dogs anal glands, which he expressed WITHOUT wearing gloves…he used some disinfecting liquid but i didn’t see him wash his hands once the entire visit. which reminds me the vet tech woman had an awful cold and was coughing horribly the entire visit making me very nervous because the exam room was very small and i have a baby at home and it’s flu season. not to mention she had to hold my dog down against her shirt she kept coughing into, so i felt like i needed to give my dog a bath as soon as we got home. not only due to her being inconsiderate, but due to the floors in the exam room were covered in other dog fur. when we first entered she verbatim said “oh i’m not sure if the counter has been cleaned off yet”. and to think if the doctor took no sanitary precautions when expressing anal glands…i just can’t imagine how filthy that table was. he gave me an already opened box of heartworm medicine so i’m not even sure if it’s new. gave me multiple different price estimates and paid more at the end of the visit.
Lenzy GSo happy I found this vet a while back. I had to bring in my dog for an emergency tooth 🦷 extraction and he needed his shots as well. They got me in immediately & the price was very reasonable. I’ve brought my dog back for his shots & to get his nails trimmed and every time I have been in the office, the staff are very friendly and attentive.
