Review: Deeply Disappointed with Potato Logics – A Costly Mistake I am writing this review after working with Potato Logics for over three months, during which I invested more than PKR 100,000 in their services. What I received in return was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience that caused both financial loss and serious damage to my business. 1. Lack of Transparency & Accountability Throughout the engagement, I made repeated requests to speak directly with the person responsible for my project that boy which is in every video Hamza (I guess director of company) . It felt like dealing with a ghost. Every time, I was handed off to junior team members who lacked the authority, knowledge, or clarity to provide meaningful support. There was no real structure, ownership, or leadership shown during the process. 2. Zero Results Despite all the money and time spent, I did not receive a single measurable result. Their strategies lacked depth and direction, and their follow-ups were superficial. There was no proper reporting, no accountability, and no return on investment. For a company that charges over 100K, the performance was unacceptable. RÒAS was in negative. 3. Below-Average Graphic Design Team Their graphic design team is well below industry standards. The creatives they delivered were poorly thought out, low-quality, and completely missed the brand tone. I had to revise almost every piece of design work multiple times wasting both time and energy. 4. Security Breach – Facebook Business Manager Hacked One of the most serious issues I faced was a security breach. My main Facebook Business Manager account was hacked directly due to their mishandling and lack of basic digital security practices. This caused a major disruption in my business operations, ad campaigns, and client trust. A mistake of this magnitude is not just unprofessional it's dangerous. 5. Communication Gaps Poor communication was a consistent issue. They did not respond in a timely manner, left messages unanswered, and failed to provide structured updates or even basic campaign insights. I was constantly chasing them for clarity. Final Verdict: Working with Potato Logics was one of the worst business decisions I’ve made. It felt like a trap empty promises, zero performance, and irresponsible handling of client data. I strongly advise others to be very cautious. There are far better, more secure, and professional digital service providers out there. Don't risk your money or your business the way I did.
