Gabby WhiteWent in today to get a helium balloon and clearly says ask a member of staff to blow them up not a single one of them knew they even did them nor how to do it and asked if something else and they were just like”I don’t know” how anyone can work in the smallest shop for years and not know anything is beyond me literally happens every time the lady helping by self check out needs to check her attitude and do her job instead of telling every customer her life story as my card payment said it had gone through on my phone but not on the till so she ran into town shouting at me to come back and pay when I genuinely didn’t realise then had the gaul to talk to me in a rude manner! Maybe Poundland should hire educated people instead of rude ,abnormal and obnoxious people! Change it or I’ll report to head office
Emma Hooper@3pm on a Monday. Someone told me they have been short staffed in a long time. The prices are high so the word 'Pound' should not be part of their brand name Any more. At the till the lady watching the self service was extremely rude (no tills open). When it was my turn I pressed to pay for a carrier bag, she said here you are. In her hand were the longlife bags. I said sorry but can I have a normal carrier bag? She pointed behind her telling me they were up there abruptly. I had to go over to a shelf and help myself. I said thank you, but she had nothing to say herself. I understand the pressures and long hours in retail, however if your not happy with the employer or the job please don't be disrespectful to people actually using the shops still, keeping yours stores in business instead of shopping online.
SSnappy moody middle aged assistant, clearly she didn't want to be there.. ... by the self service tills, I noticed product didn't come up 50% off labelled as item going out of date that day....I said politely could you please amend price as still showing full cost ...snapped at me abruptly well that's because 'i' have to do it. I replied in the same tone back 'yeah that's why i've asked you'. No time for rude workers like this. Doesn't matter where you work...it's called manners and customer service.
