I got my botox and filler done in this clinic. Was very nervous and didn't know what to expect since it was my first time but Nurse Maya made me feel so comfortable and did a great job. My lips look amazing and the result with botox is great!! This is surely my go to clinic now.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this PRP clinic. In three out of five sessions, they forgot their iPad, making it impossible to track progress. During the last session, there was no ice pack, and the nurse failed to bring the iPad for photos. The owner seems more focused on profit than providing quality services. Additionally, multiple rebooking calls were made to shift my appointment from downtown to North York, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, a frustrating and painful experience. Notably, the PRP clinic charges exorbitant fees while using outdated practices. Despite their high rates, they employ the same arm strap for blood extraction, which raises concerns about hygiene. Proper sanitization seems to be lacking, amplifying the overall dissatisfaction with their services. The high ratings on google are obviously by their staff members as they honestly deserve 0 stars. Please save your money by not going here.

These reviews are obviously fake or from the employees themselves. Felt uneasy the minute I stepped in. Was a little office with a room behind a shelf. Got Botox and the nurse forgot to do multiple things, like the amount of units I had asked for. I was ready to go pay and she told me she had given me less units than I had asked for, so we had to redo the procedure and prick areas again that were already sore. The Botox is also not cheaper than other places ($9/unit). So save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable place.

Just had a PRP session with these folks. Lovely staff and they have some best prices compared to anyone else in the city. The PRP session was great as well, had least pain when injecting and they do inject a generous amount distributed over the head. This might be the best bang for buck I’ve ever received.
