We made an appointment that was convenient for me. He finished the job within an hour and a half. The amount paid was the estimated amount and nothing more. The window works wonderfully now. I had a problem with my 2017 Honda car seat. It had broken some how off of the support rail. It was such an unusual problem, I wasn't sure who to even call, knowing the Honda dealer would have been very expensive. I came across Richard and so very glad I did.
