I adore this gym! It's got everything, the staff are amazing, especially in the kids' club – they know our son by name and he loves to play there. It's such a lifesaver for us, and great value. Longer weekend kids' club hours would be a dream BUT thats the only critique I have. Appreciate you guys! 🙏

I love this gym but they keep on having this couple that brings their 3 or 4 kids to swim. Not cool. 10 year olds jumping in and out of the pool. Parents just sit their and watch kids not even getting in water with said children. Would highly recommend you speak with parents.

Hands down the reception staff and kids club staff are amazing. I know that it's "only" a gym, but if you go multiple times a week, you really do pay attention to how staff address you and how they interact with members, etc. And at this location they're amazing. I also like the gym, (I've been to the one on Central and didn't like the layout of that one AT ALL) the layout works very well, I like that they have sections for each type of workout, the grass, the weights, the machines... I don't necessarily had to wait too long for any equipment to become available, if it's busy I just go do something else and check later if it's free. If someone does some sort of specific workout routine I can see them being frustrated that a specific weight machine or whatever isn't available at an exact moment. I love the cinema, that was a great idea! And the HydroMassage beds are amazing, even though some vary in pressure so I ask for specific ones. Some things I'd improve: the front bathroom needs some deep cleaning, the sink has black buildup and the room always smells like urine. The sauna lights are very bright, I would dim them a bit. Ladies bathroom can use some Kleenex, and I wish the dryer head could turn so girls can dry their hair a bit after a workout. Sometimes the AC in the cinema and hydromassage doesn't work well and it becomes very hot and stuffy in those small rooms. The biggest problem for me was probably the broken front lockers, the mechanism would get stuck so you check one after another for a good one.

Love the class selections, especially since they offer "hot" versions of yoga. Hydro beds are a HUGE plus, what a great way for a rest and recovery option. AND last but not least, the kids center, my kids love going; which makes me so happy I can workout while they play!
