I was provided a quote from Prairie (no one actually came onsite to take measurements) to replace the siding on one side of my house. I decided to proceed with using Prairie for this job. We scheduled the work to be done a month later but no communication and no workers showed up on the day of the job. After I called them about this, someone showed up and began taking measurements. I was told there was a miscommunication and they originally provided me with an incorrect quote. The new quote provided to me was $13-15K which turned out to be more than double the estimate from my insurance company. It was also more than double the quotes that I got from 3 other reputable siding companies ($6K). I would've still considered using Prairie had the pricing been competitive but it was surprisingly way too far off to even consider it. I lost at least 2 months to get this fixed with winter fast approaching.

Prairie Home Roofing did a great job, kept us in the loop on the status of our roof repair. Dima, the key guy doing the work on site, was very good to work with and did a great job.
