Very happy with Prairie State! Communication was top notch from the first phone call with Josh. Had home updated from 5o year old siding along with new fascia, soffit and guttering. Josh coordinated all logistics and ensured project completion in less than two weeks of first phone call! The wife and I are very happy with transformation. Prairie State has enhanced the home’s curb appeal, and we have received numerous compliments from neighbors. Attached before and after, went with Carbon Gray.

Josh and his crew took good care of our house! We found water damage under our existing vinyl siding, due to the original builder not using any house wrap or any weatherproofing around doors and windows. This crew did a great job removing the existing materials, repairing water damage where necessary, and correctly installing new wrap, flashing, gutters, and siding. Good communication throughout, and responsive to our requests and preferences.
