Customer experiences
I can’t say enough great things about this studio! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome—everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The classes are the perfect balance of fun and challenging, leaving me feeling stronger and more energized every time. The studio itself is always spotless, which makes the environment so much more enjoyable and refreshing. It’s truly such a positive space with an amazing community vibe. Even though I live 25 minutes away, I happily make the drive because this place is absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a studio that pushes you in the best way, keeps things fresh and fun, and makes you feel at home, this is it!
An awful excuse for a yoga and body sculpt studio. Since their membership is outrageously priced, I decided to try the five day pass for $22. I only ended up doing one class because the studio was so awful. Some classes are labeled “advanced.” However, the hot classes are also advanced, yet they don’t label those as such until you get to the studio and find out. I didn’t receive any type of introduction to the studio when I got there. About half of the staff and members are extremely rude, insensitive, and disrespectful. I was told that since it was my first time that I would be able to use a mat for free because I did not know you needed to bring your own. I was then alerted days later from my bank that a charge went through without my consent. Turns out this studio lied and decided to go back on their word and charge me for a mat rental without my permission. I was also told that if you needed a break from the workout and you left the room you would need to leave and not be allowed back in. Their website has a whole list of things you are not allowed to do in all caps lock. This studio needs to work on their inclusion of new people who could possibly turn into new clients. The one class I did take was very repetitive and boring.
I moved to Tacoma, WA in November of 2024 from SC. It was hard for me to find a hot yoga studio close to UP area so I expanded the radius to puyallup (which was about an 30 min drive and its worth the drive) and tried out the advanced yoga sculpt class with Linda. I had no idea what to expect, but the first thing I noticed was we got to use heavier weights than what a stereotypical yoga sculpt class would. Linda is so passionate and gives her 100% every class. She would push me and motivate me to do better every class. Every class was different, but not so different that you weren’t able to build certain muscle groups. We would repeat some of the same exercises each class, but Linda does it in such a creative way where it would be different each time. I also loved Traci and Trish’s classes. Such an amazing studio and I cannot thank them enough because they’ve made my transition out here much easier. I feel stronger and now push myself to lift those heavier weights.
Super excited to begin my Pilates Journey, but unfortunately this studio was very unpleasant. Linda, the instructor was very abrasive and tears down the beginners. She singled me out and body shamed me. She is not helpful with modifications and is condescending. I understand regulars are advanced and have the knowledge, but I definitely will not return to this studio for this reason, I will continue my journey elsewhere. I hate to name drop, but Linda should do some self-reflection in her career choice. Instead of empowering and encouraging students, the opposite was done. My friends and I felt very uncomfortable with how condescending she came off. Concerning to read reviews spanning years back to see that she still acts this way, poor reflection of the company and owner. Good Afternoon Traci, I am not interested in coming back to a studio that enables that kind of behavior. It’s saddening that I am not the first to post about this instructor and her behavior. Body shaming is not the solution to empower students. Hopefully this behavior changes for future clients but I will not be returning.
