I am very disappointed with the experience we had during a scheduled delivery on July 21 at 7:00 AM. The truck arrived late due to a mechanical breakdown — a valid and understandable reason, which the driver clearly explained upon arrival. However, the staff member on duty refused to unload the truck, despite the fact that there were only 4–5 skids. He showed no willingness to understand the situation and behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Due to this refusal and his conduct, the driver was unable to complete nine other deliveries on time, causing a significant disruption to the day’s operations. We expect better communication, professionalism, and cooperation from your team, especially in situations where delays are out of the driver’s control. I hope this matter is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. They don't deserve even a single star.

Worst delivery experience…. The old guy has a different attitude. Complain for no reason . Company has not mentioned second warehouse address on google even no one there to attend you on time .
