Our 25 old HVAC stopped blowing in cold air. The tech that came to our house was very knowledgeable. He was thorough, inspecting the air flow from every vent. He checked the furnace. Finally when he was sure all was in working order, he went outside and checked the unit. While my partner cleans the outside every year, it was dirt build up in the coils that caused the problem. After cleaning it, he made sure the temperature was dropping when he turned it back on before leaving. He did not do a big sales pitch but did say that the units, as old as they were, were functioning to capacity. I have used Bryan and Sons for the past 20 years as needed. They are always reliable. They also do not have a hard sell to buy new. It's a family owned business.
