Arden HickeyI have a 2015 VW golf that just hit 200,000 km so the car is obviously starting to experience some breakage, wear and tear, etc. I had an issue with extreme amounts of excess moisture entering my car when I drove which would fog up my windows to the point where I could barely see out of them. I initially brought the car to the VW shop and the only service they were able to offer me was an entire sunroof replacement due to an apparent crack that was responsible for the fog which I unfortunately could not afford. My mom found this place instead and mostly spoke to Matt who gracefully handled my case with kindness and professionalism from start to finish (although all the employees were extremely pleasant). He discovered that the fog was simply coming from clogged drain lines—a much easier and cheaper fix than sunroof replacement—and completed the service in a timely manner for an excellent price. This came as such a relief to me as a student who can’t exactly break the bank, and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone with glass related concerns!

I called the Burlington Nissan dealership and they recommended this business - I’m so glad they did! The team was able to get me in for a repair next day and kindly stored my (towed) car in their garage until it could be repaired, as there was 30+ mm of rain in the forecast that night. The following day, the work was completed quickly and professionally, and they were kind enough to pick up my husband and give him a lift to the location so he didn’t have to take a cab.
