Ey XEarlier this week I had an issue with my oil level. I called Ardent based on a colleague’s recommendation. Jim was able to take my car in right away and get the oil change done quickly. Jim is also very honest and straightforward with his suggestions on what to look out for in the future. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this business!

Br FraWas recommended by a coworker. Went for an oil change - they left the oil cap off. Drove about 5km until smoke started out the front. Oil everywhere. Driveway damaged. Good thing I didn't drive out of town. No apology from Jim for his shops' shoddy work. Was dismissive and annoyed I asked for a refund. Details and professionalism matter to other shops. Go somewhere else.
