Jacob and Alex came back out to do our install. Two of the best in the game. Their rhythm and ability to work in unison was very impressive. Demo. Install. Gone. Couldn’t be happier to have had them work on such an important cosmetic piece of our home.

We had them come out And replace our old wooden door With an updated metal door. I must say we're pretty pleased with the Results. And as far as friendly service goes these guys were top notch. Kevin was our service tech and from the time he got here until the job was job he was friendly, polite, and professional. The door looks great and he did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Absolute Overhead Door to anyone in the area.

I cannot thank Absolute enough for their professionalism and great work. Our technician who replaced our garage door was friendly and knowledgeable. We tried to update the door over the 40+ years its been part of the house, and it finally gave out on us. Absolute installed my garage door two years ago and I had not yet called for routine maintenance as I have never had one problem with it. Adam from Absolute reached out to me several days ago with a seasonal special of $49 for an inspection with routine service. I agreed and, from there, it was seamless service. My appointment was this Tuesday and, on Monday, my reminders were sent confirming a two hour window of service. On the morning of the appointment, I was notified by text and then called by my technician Brennen K., to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, politely introduced himself as Brennen, handed me his business card verifying his name, and he then explained what he was going to do. Having been a good installation to begin with, there were no issues found and no hidden charges presented. In a world of turmoil, it was such a pleasure to have this experience with a company whose employees make it what it is. As Brennen was leaving, he presented me with profile of information explaining what other services Absolute offered and I do plan to use them for both plumbing and electric services as needed. And, all COVID guidelines were followed.
