Listen, I was simply tired of hearing my garage door squeaking and noises coming from the rollers and a hard closure when rolling down. I contacted Precision, via the chat, and received an immediate response as well as next day service, as I had requested. Chris came in, conducted my safety inspection and gave me an honest, professional assessment of my garage door needs. It didn’t take me long to realize that his inspection was on point and I decided to get all of the services recommended, from various options available to me. Once Chris was finished with his assessment, technician extraordinaire, George came in to handle the installation and mechanical changes needed, to get my garage back to brand new and working at an optimal level of opening and closing, with efficient and effortless power. George was totally on point and gave an assurance that paralleled the promises and past reviews posted on the Precision website. The entire process took about 2.5 hours out of my day but will last me years to come, for a safe and a secured garage door. I'm pleased with the results and adjustments made to accommodate my needs, by the Precision Team of Chris and Goerge.
