Pat took the time to explain the issue, walk me through the necessary repairs, and completed the job swiftly at a very reasonable price. The entire installation was finished in just 40 minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to my friends and neighbors the next time anyone needs garage door service!

We could not have had a more positive experience with Precicion Garage Door, and their technician, Matthew. The spring on our garage door broke yesterday morning. I called PGD about 11:30, and was told they would get a technician out by 2:00pm. Matt arrived at our home just after 1:00pm. Unbelievable that this type of customer service still exists these days! Matt inspected our door setup, explained our repair options, and completed the repair in about an hour. Great work, friendly staff, from a company that obviously cares about good customer service. Precision garage door provided timely response to my original request for garage door service. However, the door was beyond service and needed to be replaced. The process for this was extremely simple and a new door was scheduled within a week. The new door was installed today 7-17-25 by Joshua Abt. Joshua was very skilled at installing the door and was extremely professional. He provided all the necessary information for the new door as well as the warranty information. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door company for any garage door service or replacement.
