I received exceptional service from the Precision Garage Door team and couldn't be more satisfied. My garage door was malfunctioning, with broken springs that needed replacing. Pat Stevens from Precision Garage was outstanding—he quickly identified that the previous owner had used low-quality parts and set up a non-standard Non-safety configuration. Pat took the time to explain the issue, walk me through the necessary repairs, and completed the job swiftly at a very reasonable price. The entire installation was finished in just 40 minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to my friends and neighbors the next time anyone needs garage door service!

Brian did an excellent job addressing our garage door issues. He was on time and a pleasant tec to deal with. Made recommendations on how we could best maintain our garage door and was not pushy to purchase more than we wanted. We have used Precision Door in the past and were very happy with their service, so that is why we call them again when we needed service on our new home. Fast, friendly and efficient garage door service, I would highly recommend.

We could not have had a more positive experience with Precicion Garage Door, and their technician, Matthew. The spring on our garage door broke yesterday morning. I called PGD about 11:30, and was told they would get a technician out by 2:00pm. Matt arrived at our home just after 1:00pm. Unbelievable that this type of customer service still exists these days! Matt inspected our door setup, explained our repair options, and completed the repair in about an hour. Great work, friendly staff, from a company that obviously cares about good customer service. Highly recommended!
