I was rushed when the guy came today, I thought they were very over priced, but we had them replace anyway. I’m going to call around and get other quotes, and see what I can do to get some of the money back.

I sent pics of broken rail and told them it was a Craftsman PRIOR to home call for them to send pics to repairman. They didn’t, and he comes looks at the rail, and says he doubts they could get the part. It’s a Craftsman and they don’t usually do Craftsman. I was so surprised! I said then “we’re done “ and walked him out. They emailed an invoice which included a Checklist sheet and all these items were checked FAIR , even the broken rail box! This Checklist sheet had the repair person’s name and the date at the bottom. He didn’t do any check, he didn’t do anything. I have emailed, texted, and called. I spoke with a girl today who hung up on me. They have terrible customer service!! I wrote a check 5 days after DOS and they emailed and texted me they are turning me over to Collections. I hand carried that FIRST check to P.O. and ask clerk if it had enough postage with one stamp and she weighed it said it did. I asked because I had a couple pics of the broken bar in there and I debated on putting on another stamp. Apparently, they didn’t get it if their turning me over to Collections. I wrote another check and hand carried it to the address on the invoice to put directly in their mailbox at their address. There is no name on the door, window, or anywhere to confirm that is their business. I wouldn’t pay by credit card because I don’t trust them. P.O. Is doing search on first letter with first check to see what happened. Now what happens with the 2nd check I wrote? Find another Garage Door repair, they don’t deserve your service.
