I experienced real customer service with Antonio. He was polite, courteous, and helpful in the whole process of getting my garage door tuned up. He explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. he did not pressure sale me in anyway! Antonio helped me to learn how to use my new keypad, remote control for my car and how to sync it with my husband’s vehicle as well. He gave me a quick lesson on what I can do each month as general maintenance. I will recommend precision door and have request Antonio as the technician. Thank you for great service!

I called Precision Door at 9:00 am because my garage door opener had stopped working. This current unit is over 20 years old and it had served its time. I spoke with a representative at Precision and she was able to arrange a technician to come out at 2 PM. Antonio sent a text stating that he was in route and would be at my home in about 20 minutes. Antonio arrived, assessed the situation and provided many options for resolution, including repair and/or replace. After reviewing the options, I selected to replace my unit, spring and the bar. Antonio was the consummate professional and was patient with me as he explained how the new system worked. I now have an external keypad and new remotes for my garage door opener. Antonio also went the extra mile and programmed my Truck to activate the garage door. While this was my first time using Precision Door, I would not hesitate to call them again for future needs. Antonio was fantastic to work with!

Great experience! Making a timely appointment was quick and simple. The technician was on time and respectful of my time, property, and budget. He presented quotes and explained everything very well.
