Luis Mariscal was very professional and did a great job installing our garage door. The one thing wish was different is they put new trim around the garage door but didn’t caulk it so now I have to track down the right color and do it myself. Feels like this should part of the job.

Exceptional Experience: I have an 11.5 foot ceiling in my 1968 trilevel, and I wanted to take advantage of the extra room. Jared and Brian did a custom install of a high rail system with my existing door and got me within inches of my ceiling. I can now install a lift for car storage. The entire experience from estimate through installation was outstanding. And, I must add, Jared demonstrated some of the best interpersonal skills I’ve seen from a provider. Also, I love to ask questions, because I want to know why/how things work. Brian & Jared both clearly love to teach. They not only showed great patience with me, but they both took the time to teach me how my new garage door was being installed and will function, as a high-rail door. For a retired mechanical engineer, this was a little bit of heaven :-)

This particular morning woke up and discovered our garage door opener not functioning. So we called Garage Door Opener due to that is who we had purchased our door from five years earlier. They was able to get to us later in the day. They had scheduled later but called and said they could get to us sooner. Conner arrived and discovered that the power surge and loss of power had affected or circuit boards and that our only option was to replace the motor. So he offered different solutions and we opted for one of those suggested. He replaced the motor in a efficiently manner. He stated that due to our urgency of our evening agenda he moved our appointment time up to help accommodate us. Conner did a couple of nice things for us while he was here and his professionalism to help accommodate us was most definitely appreciated. Did really want to waste time getting other prices because I knew that this company is top notch in what they offer. Sometimes going cheaper on a product is not always the best option. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone looking for a new door or repair. Thanks Alan.
