After the first IPL treatment, I was able to open my eyes in the morning without any pain, and by the fourth treatment, I wasn't using my eyedrops as much. The office was clean/welcoming and from the moment you walk through the door, Natalie, Kirsten, and Dr. Bailey make you feel right at home. Highly recommend trying them out if you are struggling with dry eyes! FYI, the restrooms are a bit of a walk (you have to go up the ramp to the second floor).
