Be aware that HAL KELLER has no ethics as he takes it upon himself to run your name on Geo Warehouse to see what properties you own!!! This happened to me. I actually put a couple of offers on one of his listings and the next thing I know, he's telling my sales agent all the properties I own. This was irrelevant to the reasoning to HAL reaching out to my sales agent encouraging him to reach out to me to put in another offer on his listing. How did Hal get that information? The only way he could have found out that information was running my name on Geo Warehouse. This is in violation of the ethics and policy of Geo Warehouse as you just cannot run anyone without a just cause. That's what exactly happen to me. I felt violated and disgusted with the lack of professionalism!! He should know better as he's been an agent for 40+ years. He never asked for permission from me and it's really none of his business how many properties I own or anyone elses!!! I've made RECO and Geo Warehouse aware of his behaviour. GeoWarehouse is a product offered by Teranet. Teranet built and manages one of the world’s most advanced land registries. And it's to be used responsibly in the correct manner it's been developed, not to be misused by nosey sales agents!!!!!

I would like to personally thank the agent, Maan Al Aidani, for entering my home today completely unannounced and without an appointment or notice of any kind. Currently, I am on holidays, and if my child hadn’t of needed to be picked up from school just 10-15 minutes before, I would have been found in a most embarrassing state. Had I not come home at the second they were leaving my home, I would have never known that agents can abuse their lockbox privileges so freely. Not only is this wildly inappropriate, but completely devoid of any thought or consideration toward the people involved. My experience with real estate representatives, including one at Cloud Realty, and the lack of compassion in the industry is troublesome. To be honest, I am in total shock that any agent, anywhere, would think this is acceptable - Legality would also be in question here. This is 100% NOT OKAY!
