Had been a customer of this insurance agency for years, never had a problem until the renewal of my Auto/Homeowner's policy for 2020. The agents let both expire on March 1st. Called me in February and asked if I wanted them to get quotes for me because the current insurance company I was with they were no longer supporting. I informed them that I did want them to get quotes and never heard from them again. Their reasoning was that they could not get in touch with me and thought I was getting my own quotes. They never had a problem getting in touch with me before. DMV charges a penalty when your auto insurance lapses. Do not use this agency. Customer service has dropped immensely and the customer is no longer a priority.
