Muhammed TaluqdarI had been dealing with premcrest for over a year now, so far my experience with their product is brilliant with vast variety of products, however their prices are quite expensive and increasing over the years. On this note: I would like to highlight my experience with their customer service is very poor with all honesty. One order which i placed last year order coming upto more than £500, however they didn't have in stock, and took them over 3 months to refund the total money which is unacceptable! This is in one occasion. Recently I wanted to order few things from premcrest but they didn't have in stock due to shortages of delivery etc and they keep making false promises that the order will arrive on a certain date but it never does. keep saying will get back to me but they never do. I've had to email and call them 3-4 times with regards to the update of the order. Premcrest really needs to upscale their customer service, which I found it very frustrating, they have so many people working in customer services but seems like they have no clue with your order. Have explain everything from the scratch. I give 1 star for customer service and 4 star for the products
