Premier Dental Care

I love Indianapolis Dentistry! The care I have received has been exceptional! We live 3.5 hours away, Indianapolis Dentistry was worth the drive every time. I was looking for a dental office that was certified in safely removing amalgam fillings and this wasn’t the closest office to me but after doing my research this dental office aligned the most with my needs and wants. The staff is amazing, big shout out to Priscilla and Dr. Quint! They have truly helped my health immensely in so many ways and I am eternally grateful!

I was referred to Indianapolis Dentistry from another Dentist in the area. I was unable to get the area of my cavity decay numb on two separate occasions. I called and scheduled an appointment with Indianapolis Dentistry and was able to get in the next business day. All medical, insurance and consent forms were sent to me and I filled them out on line. Once I arrived there were no more forms to fill out. I was lead back to the exam area by Priscilla who is the Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFFA) and she intently listened to my conditions. When Dr. Nicole Quint came in she also listened to my condition. Neither lady interrupted me at any time. A quick X-ray was taken as they wanted to see more detail about the tooth structure and roots. Up to this point I thought I was just there for a consultation. It turns out, they gave me a couple of options that did not include sedation. The explanation of the options and procedures were very detailed and all my questions were answered in a caring and professional manner by both ladies. I decided to let them try and numb me one again even though there were two unsuccessful attempts at another Dentist. To say the least I was not confident based on prior attempts. The difference this time was I believe the placement of the medicine (in the bone), the use of a vibrating tool to ensure the medicine gets to it intended location and the use of steroids localized to the area. Sure enough, it was a success. The temporary filling was removed, the decay cleaned out and a new filling installed with no pain. Had this not worked, sedation would be the next option and I was not looking forward to a return visit for that. Dr. Nicole Quint and Priscila gave such caring and professional bed side manners it was like being in another world. I can’t say enough about these two women. Thank you Dr. Quint. And for Priscila, you sure know your work and just as importantly how to give GREAT customer care. I never felt as if I was being rushed to get the next patient in. If you want professional and caring services, I recommend this business.

If you're someone with any kind of fear or phobia of going to the dentist and/or someone with a complicated dental situation, this is the dental office for you! I've struggled for years with finding a place that actually specializes in handling patients who need sedation style treatment, and after having several appointments here recently (including a root canal!) I can say I've finally found the perfect place. I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Quint and the wonderful team here! Dr. Quint is an excellent dentist who is passionate about blending modern dental techniques along with proven alternative/natural methods to deliver top notch treatment and care, which in my is opinion is how all forms of medicine should be practiced. The office staff are all wonderful too-- they're always very knowledgeable and helpful with all things related to scheduling and billing, and they even file claims with insurance as a courtesy which makes everything about being a patient here just that much smoother! For the first time in my life I no longer fear or dread going to the dentist!
