After a significant leak, our 1940's era bathtub and shower needed a complete overhaul. Premier Home Pros provided a wealth of information to help us make our choices, gave us a great deal and made sure we had the financing to take our needs and meld them with our desires. They made sure we understood every step of the process, from Consultation to Installation, with clear communication all along the way. On the 1st day of Installation, Darren arrived with the tools and equipment easily equal to the task at hand. He was professional and respectful and we felt completely comfortable with him in our home. The new tub and shower look beautiful and we know they are sturdily supported. We would totally recommend them to anyone!

Lack of communication in all aspects. My shower was a delay from the start due to being a “special order” then no updates. When the showered arrived, the Pan size was wrong and the shower had a seem so everything is being reordered or “expedited” at their cost. There cost? They are not out of money, time, bedroom and bathroom being useable. Beware of the pitch to get your sale. Jacuzzi bath is comparable. I am Unhappy across the bar. As of September 9th I’m still without a shower. The only good from this company were Curtis and Murphy the workers. Staff needs to be trained on ordering and answering the phone. Wasted time and sitting at home just to hear the shower is delayed further. No communication and no shower, how can you get worse than that.

Premier Home Pros......What can I exactly say? They put in a shower for me on the second floor of my house and, well it leaked almost immediately. The total damages were in the range of $6,700 and, believe me we had to fight to get reimbursed, but several months later they did send a check...Amazing!! How after starting to use the shower again, it continues to leak. Apparently "Premier Home Pros" are not as good as they state or think. In retrospect, read their reviews, think about what you read and go somewhere else! Believe me, this is sound advice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, my father had work done that ended up being a total disaster and the company even admitted that the person who they hired to do the work sabotaged the install AND had done it to others in the area before he was terminated. We are now 6 months into this nonsense and still waiting for it to be completed. My father has advanced dementia and brain cancer and this clown company has given him nothing but a run around, I guess hoping he will just pass on and this will go away. Sad that this company has allowed this to go on, but it appears that maybe Cody in the Charlotte office needs to be taught a lesson. I'll let you guys figure that out on your end, but in the meantime please stop preying on the elderly
