I arrived on the Sunday as was Greeted by Toni on the reception desk. Very well presented, a warm and professional welcome, exceptional customer service. Toni made me aware of my allowances for my stay as it was for business, what time breakfast was served, and my check-out time. I was handed my room key and my breakfast voucher and was told where my room was. The room was spacious, and clean, very well maintained. Huge smart TV, at least 65”. Food is good and a wide range to choose from, although along with the drinks it is expensive. The following few days I had questions regarding my upcoming stay to which Toni and Kerry were there to great me. Again both of them were very well presented and very professional. Toni and Kerry Both answered my questions with accuracy and overall I was very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Attended a convention for a weekend. Rooms pleasant and reasonable size. Problem with choosing the Green option of not having the room serviced meant that coffee and milk weren't renewed. Breakfast area airy, great views of the lake, good variety of hot and cold food available, clean. Excellent staff friendly, helpful, unobtrusive. Meeting rooms very flexible in setup options. Hotel was very warm. Room thermostat only went down to 16°. Opening the window increased the volume of noise from immature drivers playing with their car horns.

Great location, very reasonably priced and well appointed room. Nice to watch the geese on the lake too! Lovely breakfast cooked by chef Sandra and great service from Christina, Adriana and Tracy.

The hotel is fine. The cooked breakfast was great as it was cooked to order rather than the usual warm buffet. BUT I seriously object to having now to pay £12 to park my car outside for a short overnight stay for work purposes. I have been a loyal IHG customer (home and away) but I May not use this hotel again. There are plenty in the Billericay area that do not charge £12 for car parking!!
