Such a helpful service! Jane the lady at the front desk was so lovely from the moment I got in there! She had already noticed I had 2 bookings for 2 nights in a row and had already sorted it on the system for me. Told me everything I needed to do when I leave and come back. The radiator started beeping and she came up to investigate it and then offered me another room to go to which she showed me around, nothing was too much bother for her! I told her I don’t mind sleeping in a cold room as I get hot anyway, yet she insisted that I came to reception if I had any other issues with the temperature. Such a wonderful lady!! Would recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much Jane! X

I gave 3 stars for the staff and breakfast. Room not very clean dust and splatters on wall, toothpaste on door. Water smelt and tasted contaminated couldn't make a drink or brush teeth was not going to risk shower.||Breakfast and staff great, bed lovely and comphy. Would I stay again sorry no just a few houskeeping changes I would but not having clean drinking water is major problem for me.

On a quick visit to Boston this Premier Inn ticked all the boxes for me. Lovely sleep in a comfortable bed with no noise, although this may change in the summer as the pub is opposite. A warm friendly greeting on arrival from helpful staff, you know if you have any questions/problems that they will be dealt with efficiently. Excellent location and just a short walk across the car park to the pub for food, can recommend the breakfast, great value for money and piping hot.

I stay at Premier Inn's regularly when visiting family and this is the wort experience at any Premier Inn yet. I was disgusted on this trip of the quality of my stay. To begin with when we arrived room essentials had forgotten to be provided - Towels, Pillows, Tea Coffee etc. This was resolved however the housekeeper didn't seem thrilled to be providing these items. To further this on closer inspection of the bedding there appeared to be multiple stains and marks all over the duvet and sheets. This is where the problems continue to get worse. On the ceiling of this room there appeared to be large patches of black mould which when reported we were told the message would be passed on to housekeeping for them to deal with. However on return to the room after housekeeping had been nothing had been done about any of the incident mentioned above. We discovered during the stay that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work which would have been the cause of this black mould build up we believe. Finally we noticed on the wall where the radiator sat - Large char lines which didn't give us much confidence in the safety of the system during the stay so it remained of during the period. I shall not be staying at this Premier Inn again and hope that someone sorts this situation out with the building and me.
