We recently stayed at Fortune Plaza Hotel and had a pretty good experience. The receptionist was very friendly and made our check-in smooth and organized. She provided us with all the information we needed right away, which we appreciated. Our room was clean. It’s not a fancy place and you can tell the building is a bit old, but the cleanliness made up for it—especially the bedsheets, which were fresh, not itchy, and definitely not dusty. The lobby was clean too, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Breakfast was where we had a small issue. The buffet options were mostly Indian food. I was okay with it, but my wife and son couldn’t really enjoy the selection. Thankfully, Anita from the restaurant approached us and kindly offered to prepare eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns just for us. That thoughtful gesture really turned things around, and breakfast turned out great after all! Overall, the experience was better than expected. It’s a clean and welcoming place with amazing staff. Because of that, I’d definitely recommend Fortune Plaza Hotel.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel room was in poor condition, and the AC was not working properly. The service was unsatisfactory, and the reception staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. We had to wait a long time for even basic requests. While we tried to adjust with everything, the price they charged was extremely high—especially when compared to nearby hotels that offer much better service at more reasonable rates. If Fortune Hotel continues treating guests this way, it won’t take long for their business to decline. Definitely not recommended.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Mr. Mohan. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for a service-oriented role. Despite raising valid concerns, I was met with rudeness instead of assistance. Such conduct reflects poorly on the establishment and makes guests feel undervalued. I urge management to address this matter seriously and ensure better standards of professionalism in the future. Immediate action is necessary to restore trust and improve the experience for all visitors.

I'm sorry to say this hotel 😔 I had bad experience on the day with my friends birthday celebrations 🎂16 Aug 25.I directly went to hotel 🏨 at night🌙 like around 11:00pm to book 2 rooms. i spoke with reception guys i need 2 room 1 king 🛌 bedroom 1 twin bedroom.But they say's there is no king bedroom 🛌 available.later they said we will join the twin beds🛌 together sir.But no one came to join the beds again i went to reception i spoke with reception guys they said me i already informed them they will join the bed 🛌.But we are waited for 2,3 hrs but no one came to join tha beds🛌😔☹️😓
