Thank you, thank you, thank you very much. My wife and I were coming to London for our son's wedding. We rented this hotel because it is close to where our son lives. We were at the hotel from February 28 to March 2, 2025. We are very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the room, the comfort, the food and the fantastic service. Special thanks to the manager Nina. She made every effort to make us feel nice and comfortable. Nina was very friendly, pleasant, helpful and professional, therefore we had fantastic comfort. God bless Nina. God bless this hotel.

Nina is absolutely the best! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, she has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly attitude and warm smile instantly make you feel at home, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience. Whether it’s assisting with requests, offering great recommendations, or simply brightening up your day with her positive energy, Nina truly stands out. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but also genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and valued. She is a true asset to this hotel, and her exceptional service deserves all the recognition. I’ve stayed here a few times and the front desk ladies are always extremely helpful (they’re why I come back!). I didn’t get all of their names but Nina was great on my recent trip. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Parking outside is sufficient but a bit pricey, 2/3 of my visits I could get a space, even after arriving late. The food is decent enough for hotel food and the staff are friendly. Location is decent - a few tubes nearby and right on the main road in and out (though I couldn’t hear the road when sleeping). Good price and worth the membership. I will see you again soon, I’m sure!

Booked on line. Good deal.|Helpful reception staff. Especially when trying to pay the parking.|Yet again RINGO contact and app connection was not efficient The reception kindly|helped.|Standard room was well equipped, clean and functional. No complaints there.|Bar staff excellent.|Breakfast was around £11. Every choice catered for. Managed by a guy named George.|We didn't eat in the hotel because we had made local dining arrangements.|I had not explored the evening meal menu but did notice constant food deliveries to reception.|Park Royal underground station was within a few minutes walk. Very handy.||If driving to the hotel beware of the London Mayors speed and ULEZ cameras.|Especially the A40. Potholes, poor road surface and litter. Absolute disgrace and shameful. I dare not contemplate what tourusts must think.,,,,,
