730 Exteriors did a project for me which involved gutter replacement, soffit repair, and replacing/reroofing my leaky front awning. I was impressed with their good communication & quality work. My exterior is looking great, and I'm enjoying my front porch a lot more this summer!

1. 730 South Exteriors is a fantastic company. Chris (owner) is thorough, thoughtful, and always looking to do what is best for the customer. We used Chris and 730 South Exteriors for a new roof install in Jul-24 and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Importantly, Omar and the roofing crew are FANTASTIC! Omar is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Omar went into our attic to block off an unused gable vent and he did so without complaint and with a positive attitude. Omar and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I could go on and on about Omar and his entire crew. We also really enjoyed our time working with Brian. Brian was the first person at the company we interacted with and helped do an initial roof inspection and interfaced with the roofing company. Brian was also incredibly patient throughout the process as he needed to return to our house 3-4x when the insurance company had scheduling issues. Brian is good guy and that says it all. I don’t leave many reviews, yet thought it would be a disservice to 730 South Exteriors and the community if I didn’t make it known how much of a pleasure it was to work with them and we look forward to many more projects with them in the future.

I called probably 10 roofing companies when we needed roof work done, and Chris was by far the most communicative, quick to respond, helpful person I talked to. He probably needs better work life balance but he seemed to always be available, evening/weekends etc. which was great (for me, not him). As I am owner of only half of a 120 yr old duplex, the job turned into a circus for Chris involving an uncooperative other half owner who wanted to to do DIY patch work instead one he heard the (very reasonable) price, a Denver inspector who wouldn't let us do plan A or B so had to go to C, then we had no insulation which had to be coordinated with an insulation company, etc. Chris handled all of these last minute situations with grace and usually at very after hours times. He kept me updated with photos the entire time as well. Thank you, Chris and team!
