It was a tough decision to take down this 160+ year-old red oak. But from the initial meeting with Luiz for the on-the-spot estimate, to scheduling and questions with Shirl, to the tree removal and clean-up crew, we were very happy with the competence and professionalism of the whole team. A close friend recommended this company to us and we recommend them to you.

I really don’t like leaving reviews, but at this point I don’t know what else to do. So I had 2 trees in my backyard that I was looking to get rid of, and someone referred me to International Tree service. I was told the owner was very professional, and they do an amazing job, so I said I would reach out. So I contacted the owner Luiz he came to my and gave me a piece to do job. So I reached out to his office schedule a date to get job done. Spoke with his assistant Cheryl, and she said that it’s a 2 day process, so I replied cool let’s get the ball rolling. The dates that were scheduled was Tuesday June 18th, and Wednesday June 19th. Well today is Sunday June 23rd and the job hasn’t been completed. Everything started out good. The crew showed up on Tuesday June 18th started job, and hasn’t been back to complete yet. I’ve reached out to the owner several times, no response. I’ve left multiple voicemails, text messages etc. there has been zero communication. I had plans to host an event at my residence over the weekend, but as you can see in the photos I’ve attached that it’s not possible. My grass is starting to die on the area that the trees are at. This upcoming Tuesday June 25th will be a week since they’ve been to my residence, and the job is still not complete. This is really an inconvenience to me, and honesty my back yard looks horrible. Hopefully after seeing this review the owner, can reach out to me and figure out how to take care of this issue. Calling office, and his phone hasn’t worked out for me so let’s see if this works. It’s hard for me to leave a good review, when things like this happen with zero communication!

Louise came and gave me a price for having my trees trimmed. The office call and we set up a scheduled for 08/19/2024. The team arrived as scheduled and trimmed all of the trees in question to my satisfaction. They cleaned the branches etc. I even tipped the crew for a job well done. This was not the first time they did work for me, I had them remove some tree in the past with no complaints. I recommend them for any of your future tree removal / trimming services.
