First: I drive a KW, not a Freightliner & I'm O/O. However; I was treated very well at this dealership. I was there for a clutch job, it was at the end of its span. Just a normal 18spd Eaton transmission. The dealership was clean, and they even have showers upstairs for drivers. Nice drivers lounge too. Second; I spoke with Jody who was the writer on this job. He had it quoted cheaper than the KW dealer in town, by quite a bit. He even pointed me in a direction of where to stay for the night & told me they had good food; which they did. Jody will definitely be the writer, when I come back again. Lastly; I would go back there if I needed more work. The dealership was quite nice, compared to most KW shops. Listen to the local guys when they tell you where to eat too! - Koree

Had my coach 2015 Newmar Dutch Star towed in due to entire cooling system destroyed. The mechanic that replace my fan gearbox had not used lock tight on bolts and it broke from brackets. Shop that did the original work picked up the table and Premier Truck replace Entire system. I am on a 2600 mile trip and after 1800 miles coach is running perfect. Thank you to Presley , Steve , Deacon and the rest of the gang at Freightliner. Highly recommend them for your chassis’s needs

Above and beyond what I expected, IM JUST SAYING... Usually its 3 or 4 days, well today is Thursday and I left the truck with them on Tuesday and they were actually done Wednesday 😁 I had a inlet nox sensor replaced, which usually every where else, it takes a week... Great customer service and extremely attentive and they listen 👂🏾 so I will definitely come back to Amarillo TX to Premier Truck... I'm very happy 😊

Great customer service. The service dept. kept me informed, sent me a video of the issues. The truck was complete when they said it would be. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful.
