She was very patient and knowledgeable, even though I wasn't having any work done there. I'm sorry that my airPods need to be replaced, but four years is pretty good considering I use them daily. I've ordered all my Macbooks from Premiere Tech - 4 total (2 were from the owner at a different store before he left to open Premier Tech, a Macbook air, and a 13-inch Macbook pro). We just bought 13-inch and a 16-inch laptops, refurbished, from Premiere and they are amazing. Plus, when my laptop screen cracked last year, he fixed it in 4 days, even though Apple Genius Bar told me it would take 4 WEEKS to fix. TLDR: def bring your Apple products here for repair - it's much faster and easier than the Genius Bar, which always feels like such a big production lol. AND if you're in the market for a new device, ask them what they have for sale - you might get a great deal on a laptop or phone. Pics below of 16-inch; I added a cover b/c I don't want to break another screen haha.
