L AWish I could give zero stars. Bought 6 boxes of item in August but received lesser quality. Phoned the company same day for them to collect the bulky item and swap for the one I paid for as it was more expensive and what I wanted. Was eventually advised that the one I paid for wasn't available. I requested a refund and for the bulky items to be collected. After chasing multiple times, the items were collected in my absence in late September without receiving a refund. After further chasing we finally received the refund in mid-November 24. Absolutely avoid this company, or triple check what you receive vs what you pay for if you do use them.
