The worst service, material they use is cheap. The tailor doesn't know how to stitch the dress. Waste of money opting this vendor is worthless and useless. Going forward please don't take orders until you hire professional tailor. When we pay amount the dress should be perfect , but here the dress and the material is useless. First and worst experience every. Not satisfied with their service at all. 😡

This is the most pathetic service I have experienced in my life. Staff really don’t know how to handle customer. No response on emails or calls. I have made 50-60 calls in a day but staff is so bad that they didn’t even replied back even after so many calls. It’s been 3 weeks and my kid still do not have uniform after making 100% upfront payment. You can’t reach out to anyone. It’s all due to monopoly. What a shame. Despite reminders and so many calls they have no update even after one month of paying full money.

Worst service. It's been 4 months still not arranged the pending few number of uniforms, even after 4 months of booking by paying the full amount. Worst part is these people won't answer the calls nor will call back and also least bothered to reply to messages.

Staff is not friendly they don’t know how to make customer happy.. it’s our hard earned money .. if you not able to exchange single piece short your service is very pathetic…. Reply to your review, why I’m exchanging? it’s due to size mismatch The very next day you left school when we noticed there is a problem with size and you people left school on the same day and came back after 1week. So after I should not send my school till you guys back to school or should send my kid to school with other uniform?? And are you providing all new clothes for trial or used clothes?? You were selling more than 500 pieces shorts only in our school cant you adjust 1short?? If any customer face problem??
