Warren and their crew was professional and easy to work with. The quality of the work was high and the cabinets look beautiful. They even fixed a few small issues with the cabinet doors and made sure to come back and touch up any spots that were missed. 10/10 would use them again!

I would like to take a few minutes to thank Carolina Kitchens for the amazing job, they did on our kitchen backsplash It was such an enjoyable experience right from the beginning with getting the estimate to the last day of installation. Warren the owner of the company was very professional and easy to work with. The installers that came to do the work were extremely neat, respectful of our home and very easy to work with also. They communicate each day extremely well with what time they would be back the next day. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend that if you are considering doing kitchen, remodeling or bathroom remodeling to definitely give this company a call.

Disappointed I used this company. Owner told me my plumbing costs would be "a couple hundred dollars" and it turned out to be $750.00. Also, owner came over to get his final payment but hadn't put our stove hood back on. (They took it off to do their work) Owner promised that he would send someone over to put the stove hood. Weeks of phone calls, text messages to the owner's cell phone all went unanswered. I called his office numerous times and the secretary (who was very nice) told me several times she passed my message on to the owner, but still no response. To be fair the actual work they did was good. However, honesty and accountability is important in any transaction and this company failed miserably. As an older patron with limited income for these types of projects, this experience left me quite discouraged with this company's follow through. I recommend looking elsewhere.
